Bexa Systems provides done-for-you lead capture and response systems for home services businesses. Our services include automated lead capture, instant response and follow-up, appointment booking, and, where included, website design and setup. Specific services are defined in each client's individual service agreement.

2. No Guarantee of Results

While we work hard to deliver strong results, Bexa Systems does not guarantee specific outcomes, revenue figures, or lead volume. Our system is designed to capture and respond to the leads a business already receives. It does not, on its own, generate new demand. Results vary based on existing lead volume, market conditions, client participation, industry, and other factors outside our control.

3. Payment Terms

Service fees are agreed upon prior to engagement. All payments are due as outlined in your individual service agreement. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, systems, automations, and materials created by Bexa Systems remain the intellectual property of Bexa Systems unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete business information, including accurate availability and calendar details
• Respond to requests in a timely manner to avoid delays
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to their business

6. Limitation of Liability

Bexa Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or reliance on any information provided through our website.

7. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as outlined in the service agreement. Upon termination, any outstanding balances become immediately due.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms. We will notify clients of significant changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
